Expect delays during bank holidays
We offer returns up to 14 days after delivery. If you lodge the return within this time, you will be entitled to a refund. Items need to be unworn and new for a return to be accepted. Also, if the tag is removed, the return will not be honoured.
Payments will be credited to original payment method once the return is accepted. Time scales for refunds are 7-10 working days but may vary depending on your bank.
