Returns & Refunds

You as a customer have a total of 14 days after delivery of goods to apply for a refund. You will be entitled to a full refund if the item is returned within the 14days after delivery, please be aware items will need to unworn, and in new condition in original packaging with tags NOT removed. Failure to comply to this means your return will be rejected and a refund will not be issued.
Payments will be credited to the original payment once a return is accepted. You will receive an email once your return is accepted as confirmation. Timescales for refund are 7-14 working days but may vary dependent on your bank.
